3/4 cup frozen berries
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup almond & coconut milk blend
5 ice cubes
30g vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon of Chia seeds
1/2 cup oats
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of Rice malt syrup
1 large spoonful of Chobani Greek 0% yogurt
Sprinkle of coconut crisps
Top with coconut crips and more berries
