This little recipe will crush all cravings for chocolate in an instant... Tastes just like chocolate cake batter :)
You can play around with the amount of cacao you put in depending on whether or not you want a rich chocolate taste or a more subtle one.

What's so good about it // it contains the health benefits from avocado which are low in saturated fat and contains no cholesterol or sodium (salt). The rich amount of vitamins and minerals you get out of 100g serve of avocados are amazing: Vitamin K: 26% of the RDA, Folate: 20% of the RDA, Vitamin C: 17% of the RDA, Vitamin B6: 13% of the RDA, plus small amounts of Magnesium, Manganese, Copper, Iron, Zinc, Phosphorous, Vitamin A, B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin) and B3 (Niacin).

Cacao is also a huge favourite ingredient of mine, raw cacao lowers insulin resistance, protects your nervous system it has a good count of Magnesium along with other essential minerals such as calcium, sulfur, zinc, iron, copper, potassium, and manganese, it contains antioxidant rich flavonoids, vitamins: B1, B2, B3, B5, B9, C, E, Protein and fibre.
