Why I love this recipe ~ these pancakes are loaded with protein through the combination of Greek yogurt, eggs and protein powder, it really delivers a high serve of quality protein. Protein is what I call the building blocks of the body, they not only feed our muscles but are responsible for healthy hair, nails and skin!! I find most of my clients don't get enough protein and with this recipe you can be sure to kill the cravings while still keeping your macros in check.

Makes 10 pancakes | 2 per serve


  • 3/4 cup Chobani 0% Greek Yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 15g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond milk


  1. Mix the yogurt with the eggs until creamy
  2. Add the flour, protein, vanilla extract, baking powder and almond milk
  3. Spray a pan with cooking spray, place 4-5 tablespoons of mixture onto the pan to form a pancake
  4. Cook for 2 minutes each side or until golden brown
  5. Repeat with remaining ingredients
  6. Serve with Greek Yogurt, a sprinkle of coconut sugar, blueberries and a good squeeze of lime
