100ml almond/coconut milk
1/2 cup ice
1/2 frozen banana
30g Bare Blends Matcha Green Tea Protein Powder
2 tablespoons Chobani 0.5% greek yoghurt
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons rice malt syrup
5 chopped dates
