This is a set program that’s been designed to help you lose weight or maintain your muscle, keep you active, fit, and healthy no matter what your goal is. With minimal equipment required, fun and challenging exercises and program progression in mind – it’s a program you’re going to love!


If you’re ready to focus on your strength goals and build some sexy curves and lean muscle, then Build + Shape is the program for you! More emphasis is placed on training intensity with lower reps and heavier weight focus – you get to choose if you’re losing weight or going into a building phase based on which nutrition goal you choose. Either way, expect to see some serious gains and shape if you’re consistent with this program.


This program is for you if you’re wanting to grow that perfectly round peach and hourglass shape. The Grow Your Glutes program places more emphasis on posterior chain (booty) exercises to give you the shape you’re after, without neglecting the rest of your body. You’ll have 3 lower body days and 1-2 upper body days depending on whether you’re training 4 or 5 times a week. Get ready for some major glute growth following this program!
