Once you purchase your program, you will be given access to the program content on our website immediately. The Members Portal will be your first port of call, so it’s best to bookmark it.
Our programs always start on a Monday, if you sign up late in the week or over the weekend you will wait to the following week to start and will have a temporary program to work on until your FBP program is ready.
The program is month to month with no lock-ins. You can cancel anytime by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
There are no refunds for the remainder of the month if you choose to cancel half way through. You will need to see the rest of the month out or forfeit it.
Default payments will mean your access to the program will cease. If you do have any financial hold up with your account, please reach out to us and let us know.
All defaulted payments will be sent an email to ask them to kindly fix up their nominated bank account ready for retry. You are responsible for any unpaid dues until your account is cancelled. All account issues and membership cancellations need to be directed to email@example.com
You are liable for ALL subscription payments whether you use the program or not, all arrears that have not been finalised and no contact can be made will be handed over to our Collections Agency Dunn & Bradstreet Australia 13 23 33. There are no exceptions
You choose your meal plan when you fill out your Member Start Form. This will be the first part of the process when you jump into the members portal and dashboard on the website
