I signed up to Nikki’s Coaching Program and I am so happy that I did. Prior to this I have never exercised before, and rarely watched what I ate. .

I was feeling very low on energy and started to gain weight around my lower body which made be very self-conscious. I always thought about joining a gym or getting into a fitness routine but never actually got around to it. With my wedding around the corner, I had decided that it was time for me to make a change. .

My original goal from this program was to lose the excess stomach and waist fat. I managed to lose 4kgs, and around 10 cms off my stomach which is pretty great since I’m quite lean built. My program was done online, which meant Nikki was always available if I had any queries or problems. We had scheduled FB Wellness calls to check-in and discuss any issues which was very helpful. The program itself was very easy to follow at home. The workouts could be done anywhere which was very convenient and the recipes on the meal plan were delicious and adjustable if needed. .

“HOW DO YOU FIND THE FBP PROGRAM?: I’m more efficient in the morning because I am not sourcing the workouts, they are there for me ready when I wake! I am really liking that option.

I’ve been overweight, overwhelmed and I somehow lost my confidence and zest for life with motherhood. After being diagnosed with anxiety disorder, panic disorder, depression and agoraphobia, I decided it was time to take care of my health and wellness which lead me to re-train as a personal trainer, re-fresh my nutrition qualifications and jump back into the health and fitness game.

Frequently Asked Questions

Once you purchase your program, you will be given access to the program content on our website immediately. The Members Portal will be your first port of call, so it’s best to bookmark it. 

Our programs always start on a Monday, if you sign up late in the week or over the weekend you will wait to the following week to start and will have a temporary program to work on until your FBP program is ready.

Each month you will have access to: 

  • Unlimited Bootcamp Classes including Pilates & Yoga
  • The FBP Training program via the Nikki Auckland App. This is the exact training that I follow to maintain my physique all year round.
  • The app training program has 4 x 45 minute strength sessions with cardio recommended
  • You have the option to check in weekly, fortnightly or monthly 
  • You have access to the FBP Support Group in facebook
  • You will have access to my Wellness Chats & Coaching sessions held weekly in Facebook
  • Access to monthly Masterclass & Guest expert training
  • You will also get a Meal Guide that changes every week. It’s a 3 day rotating plan. You can choose Meat, Pescatarian or Vegetarian

The program is month to month with no lock-ins. You can cancel anytime by writing an email to members@nikkiauckland.com.au

There are no refunds for the remainder of the month if you choose to cancel half way through. You will need to see the rest of the month out or forfeit it.

Default payments will mean your access to the program will cease. If you do have any financial hold up with your account, please reach out to us and let us know.

All defaulted payments will be sent an email to ask them to kindly fix up their nominated bank account ready for retry. You are responsible for any unpaid dues until your account is cancelled. All account issues and membership cancellations need to be directed to members@nikkiauckland.com.au 

You are liable for ALL subscription payments whether you use the program or not, all arrears that have not been finalised and if no contact can be made, your account will be handed over to our Collections Agency Dunn & Bradstreet Australia 13 23 33. There are no exceptions.
