The same as our POWER program but with ME CRUNCHING ALL YOUR NUMBERS, WEEKLY CHECK-INS & CUSTOM TRAINING. This is suited to extremely busy women, or those new to training and/or macros, or anyone with injuries to work around. This program will also educate you on tracking macros for long term success
