  • 4 SunriceĀ Original Thick Rice Cakes
  • 120 grams Philadelphia Extra Light Cream Cheese
  • 4 slices Primo Smoked Turkey Breast
  • 4 slices Don Double Smoked Leg Ham
  • 20 grams rocket
  • 8 slices Lebanese cucumbers peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 avocado thinly sliced
  • 1 shallot peeled and sliced

Instructions

  • Lay out your rice cakes, top with cream cheese, turkey, ham, rocket, cucumber, avocado and shallots
  • Top with salt and pepper, serve
