  • Pizza Cutter
  • Rolling Pin

  • 110 grams self raising flour Gluten free if needed
  • 200 grams Cocobella Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp baking stevia
  • 120 grams Lotus Biscoff Spread
  • 20 grams protein powder - vanilla vegan

  • Pre-heat oven to 180ÂșC
  • In a medium bowl, measure out the flour, protein, baking power, stevia, yoghurt
  • You will need to use your spoon to really mix well, keep mixing until all the flour is mixed in to form a dough
  • Turn the dough onto a floured board. Knead just a little to form a smooth ball and then shape into a flat rectangle using your hands
  • Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out to a large rectangle approx 30cm x 40cm
  • Spread the Biscoff over the rectangle in a thin layer. Ensure the spread makes it all the way to the edges
  • You will need to cut the rectangle into the 8 slithers. Using a pizza cutter wheel, first cut the rectangle in half lengthways (this will make 2 pieces). Then cut each half in half again (this will make 8 slithers in total)
  • You will need to roll each slither up tightly into a scroll. Place the scrolls on a baking tray that's been lined with baking paper
  • Bake for 15 - 17 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
