Why 8 weeks? To build new habits and to support long term change, you must be consistently exposed to positive environments, healthy habits and be encouraged and supported. Transformations are a process and overcoming negative self talk as well as changes in fitness and strength takes time. I have found that 8 weeks is the perfect amount of time for people just starting out to achieve change and create healthy habits of exercise while learning tips and tricks about mindset and nutrition through our group sessions. The trouble with 30 day or even 6 week programs is that by the time you’re beginning to get results, the program is over, you have no support and you lose your focus and momentum. With my 8, 10 and 12 week programs we can be there with you through the highs and lows and get you the results you came for.
