Once you sign up, you will receive the FBBN Nutrition & Lifestyle Guidelines & the FBBN Good Habits Guide to Health and Fitness as a download (in your order confirmation email, it’s the purple links), please take the time to print these out and read over them for lots of great content and to help you hit the ground running.
Next, once you purchase, you will be directed to our members portal page to sign up and create your members profile. This is how I guide you through the NEXT STEPS, so please do this straight away. Then you will need to fill out the Member Start Form and get started with a few things to help the coaching team prepare your meal plan and get you set up with access to the Nikki Auckland Fitness App plus any other recommendations needed, but don’t worry we will guide you through that in the members portal.
