Choose either Gym or Home workouts (with the home workouts you will need access to some basic equipment such as:)

Once you purchase your personal training plan, you will get an email from me within 24 hours with a link to setup your profile and download the training app (or you can download it from the top of the page)  

The App will guide you through all your workouts with your nutrition plan at your finger tips and accessible through your smart phone, iPad, tablet or computer.

First Step

Purchase a plan - each plan will go for 4 weeks. You can keep purchasing new plans and continue for as long as you would.

After you purchase your plan, I will send you an email with links to set up your profile and download the App. You will also receive an email with a Pre-Exercise Screen Form and Waiver with some questions to help me understand what your goals are and what you want to achieve from training with me. This will also allow me to get an idea of what equipment you have access to, what days and times you can train and other information that will ensure you are successful while you are personal training with me.

Whether your focus is to supercharge your metabolism, become fitter, stronger or simply build lean muscle while helping to shift body fat, I can create a plan that will allow you to do so.

My App will guide you through correct technique and allows you track your exact workout so I can see what you have done for each training session. This is perfect for beginners through to experienced fitness levels. 

I also like to include a meal plan that is designed to compliment this style of training to give the quickest and best results for your desired goal. Choose Regular Menu or Vegetarian Menu option

Second Step

REPEAT step 1 - purchase another plan (or perhaps you bought the bundle package) and continue making progress with my help and guidance. I will develop a new plan that will lead on from where your last plan left off.

My App will help you get correct technique and you will continue to track your exact workout. 

It also includes a 4 week menu plan that is designed to compliment this style of training to give the quickest and best results for fat loss and tone. The protein level will increase to assist with building lean muscle and curb sweet cravings.
