Being a personal trainer as well as a nutrition and fitness coach, I love all things fitness but I also love all things treats, what girl doesn't right?
Here are a few of my all time favourite indulgences that are not to be eaten ALL the time (as in every day) but most certainly can be eaten every week while still keeping trim and toned.

Most of these recipes are gluten free and dairy free or at least you can easily substitute the dairy for almond/oat/soy milk and the gluten flours etc for gluten free versions. The consistency and macros may change slightly but the taste will still be amazing!
