Choose either Gym or Home guide, my workouts can be done at home or in the gym. Home workouts require some basic equipment so make sure you have these before starting.

Phase 1

The first 4 WEEKS - Start your transformation journey with me in Phase 1. Learn my training methods that aim to supercharge your metabolism by using resistance training to build the foundation for lean muscle while helping to shift body fat.

Phase 1 focuses on creating lean muscle and developing all over strength, these workouts start creating tone and definition within the muscles using either home or gym based moves. You just need to download my App from the App store which will guide you through correct technique and allows you track your exact workout so I can see what you have done for each training session. 

You will complete 4 x workouts each week with video instructions on how to train. This is perfect for beginners through to experienced fitness levels. It's challenging however there are options for more basic moves through to harder advanced moves - choose your options depending on your fitness level.

It also includes a 4 week menu plan that is designed to compliment this style of training to give the quickest and best results for fat loss and tone. Choose Regular Menu or Vegetarian Menu option

Phase 2

This next 4 week phase will amp up your fat burning capabilities and build your strength even more.

Phase 2 will focus on hips, thighs and booty and includes 4 x workouts each week with video instructions on how to train. My App will help you get correct technique and you will continue to track your exact workout. 

It also includes a 4 week menu plan that is designed to compliment this style of training to give the quickest and best results for fat loss and tone. The protein level will increase to assist with building lean muscle and curb sweet cravings.

Phase 3

By Phase 3, you're no stranger to sweating and working out with intensity and you have quality muscle to show for your efforts. The training goal changes from muscle building and fat burning to strictly fat burning, while preserving as much muscle as possible. This program includes 4 x workouts each week with video instructions on how to perform the exercises. It also includes a 4 week menu plan that is designed to compliment this style of training to give the quickest and best results for fat loss and tone. The protein level will remain high to assist keeping the lean muscle that you have gained and curb sweet cravings. 

We are increasing the intensity of the workouts by adding more high-intensity interval training (HIIT), plyometrics, supersets, and active rests, this type of training will help burn more calories and give you fat burning power!
