PROTEIN MOCHA FRAPPE

This low carb protein smoothie hits the chocoalate coffee hit with low fat and low carb macros. A perfect way to start the day or help you through your morning!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 – 1 tsp instant coffee or you can use an espresso shot
  • 30 grams protein powder – chocolate
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup water boiled to dissolve coffee
  • 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tsp monk fruit or stevia sugar free sweetener

Instructions

  • Dissolve coffee in boiling water or make espresso's
  • Blitz all ingredients together in a blender till smooth and serve
  • Adjust the amount of coffee you add to your taste. Drink it as it is or for a treat, topĀ  it with fresh whipped cream and some coffee beans to serve.
