The program includes everything from the 'Group' Program, with extra support and accountability. The numbers will be crunched for you and the training is custom to any injury or fitness level.
We no longer offer Bootcamp. Our private coaching program will cover Strength, HIIT, Pilates & Sculpt all available through our FBBN App with coaching and nutrition support.
This program is done completely online using the NIKKI AUCKLAND APP and includes workouts + nutrition strategy along with uncovering what macros you will need to follow during the program. This is the ultimate Personal Trainer in your pocket package. Each week includes:
The best diet to follow is the one you can stick to…we beleive in food freedom and therefore no longer offer meal guides, instead we help you create a nutrition strategy choosing your own foods that you know and love while hitting your macro targets. Our POWER PROGRAMS all include a nutrition strategy (12 week formula) that is right for you and will help you loose fat forever while being able to sustain it. We do not offer quick fix programs, we teach you the art of fat loss and help you create a strong, healthy body for life.
With ALL of our programs, we work in with your level of experience and ability. Our programs DO require you to count calories and protein targets, yet it is still very flexible…. we prefer to give you the tools to hit your goals… there are hundreds of recipes in the recipe hub to choose from and we support in helping you with your targets for your goals. This ‘diet’ will be the last diet you ever do!
The NIKKI AUCKLAND APP stores your workout calendar with all the workouts and coaching tools. Our community loves that everything is so conveniently stored in one central place to make your goals even more accessible. Our website stores the recipe hub for ease of helping you hit those calorie and protein targets with creative macro friendly recipe, updated to the recipe hub each week!
Our programs run 3 times a year…..
start on a Monday. By signing up to any of the programs, we will then require you to fill out the MEMBER START FORM and download our app ready for kick off. Our team will always make sure you are ready to go for the program start date. Our support is second to none, we will answer any questions you have leading up to the start date.
Like any program, you only get out of it what you put in. If you are consistent and SHOW UP to the coaching and support aspect of the program, I believe you will be inspired and motivated to tick off the workouts and eat from the meal guides. Our community is EXTREMELY motivating so there is always motivation in our private facebook group. Remember that everyones starts somewhere, we nurture your starting point and help you transition and grow into a healthy, fit and strong version of your beautiful self.

I signed up to Nikki’s FBP POWER PROGRAM and I am so happy that I did. Prior to this I have never exercised before, and rarely watched what I ate.
I was feeling very low on energy and started to gain weight around my lower body which made be very self-conscious. I always thought about joining a gym or getting into a fitness routine but never actually got around to it. With my wedding around the corner, I had decided that it was time for me to make a change.
My original goal from this program was to lose the excess stomach and waist fat. I managed to lose 4kgs, and around 10 cms off my stomach which is pretty great since I’m quite lean built. Not only that, I’ve picked up some really great habits, like drinking enough water, learning the importance of reading nutrition labels, portion controlling etc. which will undoubtedly help me moving forward towards a healthier lifestyle!
Nikki was an amazing trainer and coach, she was very supportive and positive throughout the whole program. At times I had self doubt in my progress but she was very encouraging and made sure I was always pushing through. My program was done online, which meant Nikki was always available if I had any queries or problems. We also made scheduled calls to check-in and discuss any issues which was very helpful. The program itself was very easy to follow at home. The workouts could be done anywhere which was very convenient and the recipes on the meal plan were delicious and adjustable if needed.
Overall, I am very happy with my achievements. I would most definitely recommend it to anyone who is willing to make a change in their health/lifestyle.
