  • Both the Platinum 1:1 and 40+ Method programs are designed to be inclusive and suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. We firmly believe that you get out of the program what you put into it, and our experienced trainers are committed to tailoring and scaling every aspect of the program to your specific fitness levels and capabilities. Whether you are a beginner, have advanced fitness experience, or are getting back into exercise after some time off, our programs ensure that you are challenged and making progress at your own pace. We empower you to achieve your fitness goals and unlock your full potential, regardless of your starting point.

  • You can find hundreds of delicious, family-friendly recipes through our app! You can easily browse and select your desired recipes. You can then effortlessly track them directly in the app, just select the recipe to view the recipe and then track straight to the Food Diary in the app. This seamless integration makes your journey even more effortless, taking the guesswork out of tracking your nutrition and ensuring a smoother experience as you work towards your goals.

  • Nikki is a certified Personal Trainer and holds the following qualifications:

  • Yes! The programs are completely flexible. They are designed for busy women who want to take the stress and confusion out of how to get healthy and get into the best shape of their life. All of our fitness programs allow the workouts to be moved to days that are convenient as we follow The 40+ Method - you can read more about this here. The nutrition strategy follows a flexible approach meaning you can eat the foods you love while still reaching your goals. By teaching our members to understand energy balance, they find food freedom while enjoying the process. We know women are busy, and that is why we developed our workouts to be only 3x a week with additional workouts from our On-Demand section available. Our On-Demand workouts include Pilates, HIIT, Stretch & Mobility along with Meditation to help our busy community find balance. Nikki and her team help members stay accountable with the App Leaderboard, Live Workouts, along with mini challenges and monthly wellness chats. There are step counts and water targets to meet each week, along with the a private community forum all within the app where you can be inspired by the trainers and members.

  • It depends on how you train! Some people prefer our 1:1 Platinum experience and having weekly check ins to keep them accountable. Other clients prefer our Group Program and working independently — it’s entirely up to you! You can chat to Nikki here to discuss

  • You can cancel the group programs at any time (these are monthly charges so once the current month is complete you won’t be charged again) — please send us an email at info@nikkiauckland.com.au if you would like to do this.

    For 1:1 clients, the commitment is 12 weeks. After this time you can continue week to week and cancel at anytime, just let Nikki know during your weekly check-ins.

  • Once you purchase your program, you can expect to start in line with the program start date. All programs will start the next Monday.

  • Yes! Fit Body by Nikki is based online and therefore accessible anywhere in the world!

  • No! Our FBBN App Program offers both a Gym option and a Home option plus the app has a range of different On-Demand workouts such as Pilates, HIIT, Mobility & Stretch that can be completed from home with minimal equipment. Our App also has an On-Demand Meditation section to help you reach a calm and balanced lifestyle.

  • If you workout from home you will need minimal equipment.

    You will need:

    • 2-3 sets of dumbbells (different weights for upper and lower body),

    • a booty band

    • a small bench is optional but will be very good to have, any other equipment is a bonus.

    As you get stronger, you can add to your equipment collection but the important thing to remember is you can get started with minimal equipment.

  • Our programs are designed using our 40+ Method, this is where we maximise your results in minimal time. We use full body training principles and match this up with a nutrition strategy that allows flexibility and complete control over what you eat.

    Each week there are 3 Full Body workouts that take between 45-60 minutes to complete.

    Our 40+ Method ensures that you will be hitting each muscle group several times a week, which leads to better muscle build, tone and fat loss results. Match this style of training with our flexible nutrition strategy along with our extensive Recipe Hub all housed within our App and you will be reaching your goals with the greatest of ease.

  • Yes, we teach flexible dieting at FBBN. This helps members understand energy balance and how to eat for their goals even when there is no meal plan or when they’re at social events. Although you might find this approach complicated or time consuming to start with, it becomes much easier and ensures the quickest path to your goals while keeping your results long term.

  • We provide monthly meal plans with macros for our ‘group programs’ and custom meal plans with macros for our 1:1 clients.

    We get you started with a simple flexible dieting approach that ensures you are eating foods you enjoy. Our goal is to have you eating with food freedom and you will be more likely to stick to it because they are foods you actually enjoy eating.

  • Our 40+ Method gives our members access to a weekly check in form within the App. This check in form is shared with the coaching team (or is viewed weekly if you are Platinum 1:1 member). While tracking everything in the App is perfect for your overall success, having the accountability each week will help you see and monitor your exact results.
