Our programs are designed using our Busy Babes Method, this is where we maximise your results in minimal time.

Our full body POWER workouts consist of supersets and tri-sets along with other training principles that ensure all your muscle groups are targeted numerous times each week, which leads to better muscle build, tone and fat loss results. Imagine working out just 3 times a week for 45-60 minutes each time!

Our PILATES workouts are scheduled as a weekly timetable, targeting full body and muscle specific sessions but broken up into shorter 15-35 minute workouts over 4 days making time management easier! These workouts sculpt, tone and are kind to the nervous system due to the lower intensity (low intensity doesn’t mean easier, it’s a good slow burn that really develops the core, glutes and stabiliser muscles)
